Hello I just started adding liquid chlorophyll to my daily supplement regimen and I was already Garden of Life Primal Defense Probiotic Ultra 5-HTP Natrol 100 mg. I am currently taking 3 capsules of Ultra Primal Defense (one capsule before each meal) and I take 1 capsule of 5-HTP during dinner. I recently begun to take 2 tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll and I usually take everything that I remember so when the time of the day for chlorophyll varies. I take probiotics for digestive problems, 5-HTP for anxiety and chlorophyll to help reduce the bad breath and body odor. So does anyone know if it is safe to take all 3 of these supplements all in one day?

I am currently Accuflora brand but have not had significant results from them so I think to try Dr. Ohhira Probiotics, they are quite expensive and if I do not want not waste my money if they are not the best. Is there a better brand of probiotics or are all pretty much the same thing?

My cockatiel just finished an antibacterial treatment lasts. I am looking for a safe probiotic I can manage if the intestinal flora can recover faster. I found a child probiotics on sale at the grocery store called CULTURAL, so I thought if it is safe for children then it is probably safe for my bird. It says it contains both pro-and prebiotics. I know I've heard THE BEST PROBIOTIC that is the kind in the fridge, but there are none like THIS PROVISION where I live. The nearest refrigerated probiotics is yogurt, but I have heard that yogurt is not good for you becuz of sugar found in most yogurts available in grocery stores. I have a 1 / 2 to 3 months who has acid reflux. His spit up a lot worse last week. I went to the doctor and they just said that "babies spit up," I would agree with this diagnosis if my normally happy, smiley baby are not so unhappy, arching his back and grunts, while holding a bottle. We started probiotics in the hope that some most natural thing to calm the stomach. It now has bright yellow spit a couple of times and I'm worried, does anyone have any suggestions? Dr. gave prescription for Prevacid, which is not approved for children under one year and not recommended by our pharmasists? I'm at a loss, but does not settle on him being uncomfortable. Thank you in advance for any advice!

My son has reflux and had to be "improved" of zantac prilosec at 4-months. Although not FDA approved for children this young, it works! I had no complication medicine and no reflux symptoms. You must get the reflux under control. Make an appointment with a pediatric gastroenterologist (GI doctor). They must really be treating this condition, not the pediatrician. Please do it soon, it will only get worse.
