Hello I just started adding liquid chlorophyll to my daily supplement regimen and I was already Garden of Life Primal Defense Probiotic Ultra 5-HTP Natrol 100 mg. I am currently taking 3 capsules of Ultra Primal Defense (one capsule before each meal) and I take 1 capsule of 5-HTP during dinner. I recently begun to take 2 tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll and I usually take everything that I remember so when the time of the day for chlorophyll varies. I take probiotics for digestive problems, 5-HTP for anxiety and chlorophyll to help reduce the bad breath and body odor. So does anyone know if it is safe to take all 3 of these supplements all in one day?

I know I've heard THE BEST PROBIOTIC that is the kind in the fridge, but there are none like THIS PROVISION where I live. The nearest refrigerated probiotics is yogurt, but I have heard that yogurt is not good for you becuz of sugar found in most yogurts available in grocery stores. So my only other options for probiotics are those that are availble on the shelves of the vitamin / medicine aisles. I found acidophilus pearls at Walmart and Garden of Life Primal Defense Online Ultra. So, anyone know which of these two is more effective? I want to take to improve my digestive problems (chronic constipation).

With so many choices of multivitamins and supplements out there, What exactly should I look for in a multivitamin or a supplement? A friend told me that multivitamins brand Wal-Mart does not do anything because they do not get enough vitamins and minerals in it. What is the difference between this and something that costs 3x as much to a health food or vitamin store? Is this really necessary as expensive, or is he entitled to take something from Walmart? Also, who are supplements necessary? I take flax / fish oil and borage supplements daily along with my multivitamin. Ive also heard things about probiotics and digestive enzymes. Are these good to take as well? What types or does this matter? If someone is a dietician who can accurately explain the difference of vitamins and supplements, it would be great!

Well, the brand I use most often is called Natures Plus. I buy at my store Local food. I always buy from there instead of Wal Mart because I've heard the same thing as you. I take a multivitamin tablet calcium (most people never have enough) Also, I suggest taking acidophulis (great for digestion). L Lysine is good for your immunity. Also a great vitamin B complex is great for overall health and energy. I gave you a list of those I do take it really depends on how you eat. You may already be getting enough nutrients. is happy cat 6 years old and neutered. He was in good health until last summer and was diagnosed with colitis. He has been on prednosone and antibiotics and not getting better. Does anyone know if the vitality of Muller probiotic drinks are suitable in a low GI diet? I finally trying to stick to my program to cut the sugar and I know im not undo all the good work. I was told that low-fat yogurt can be but I wanted to corroborate or anyone knows where I can find this information?

I think the low-fat yogurt tend to be full of sugar, and probiotics are not an exception! They are soooooo sweet I can not take them more than a couple a week! I do not know what it would have an overall view of the contents of probiotics' to sugar. Low-fat is good, but companies that increase the sugar because it makes them more acceptable to eat, and you can still say "healthy" because the fat content is low, but that's not the whole problem! It's a case of getting the balance right.
