Hello I just started adding liquid chlorophyll to my daily supplement regimen and I was already Garden of Life Primal Defense Probiotic Ultra 5-HTP Natrol 100 mg. I am currently taking 3 capsules of Ultra Primal Defense (one capsule before each meal) and I take 1 capsule of 5-HTP during dinner. I recently begun to take 2 tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll and I usually take everything that I remember so when the time of the day for chlorophyll varies. I take probiotics for digestive problems, 5-HTP for anxiety and chlorophyll to help reduce the bad breath and body odor. So does anyone know if it is safe to take all 3 of these supplements all in one day?

I am currently Accuflora brand but have not had significant results from them so I think to try Dr. Ohhira Probiotics, they are quite expensive and if I do not want not waste my money if they are not the best. Is there a better brand of probiotics or are all pretty much the same thing?

From your health food store in the refrigerated section: Primadophilus (enteric coated). Enteric coated types to help ensure that the acidophilus it gives your intestines and not be destroyed by stomach acids. Brands types that are not enteric coated are useful limited. The last time I bought the Primadophilus it was about $ 21.00 the store in refrigerator. That's another reason to buy the local health food. If you purchase by mail, it has not been chilled and heat also kills the acidophilus. I saw some "shelf" enteric coated beads and it seemed to be pretty good, but it was after my son had already seen great advantages of the IBS plan I'd put him. (He no longer IBS and a lady at work that I have to say about these probiotics in particular – and a digestive enzyme particular – is also MUCH better) Email me if you want more details.

With so many choices of multivitamins and supplements out there, What exactly should I look for in a multivitamin or a supplement? A friend told me that multivitamins brand Wal-Mart does not do anything because they do not get enough vitamins and minerals in it. What is the difference between this and something that costs 3x as much to a health food or vitamin store? Is this really necessary as expensive, or is he entitled to take something from Walmart? Also, who are supplements necessary? I take flax / fish oil and borage supplements daily along with my multivitamin. Ive also heard things about probiotics and digestive enzymes. Are these good to take as well? What types or does this matter? If someone is a dietician who can accurately explain the difference of vitamins and supplements, it would be great!

Well, the brand I use most often is called Natures Plus. I buy at my store Local food. I always buy from there instead of Wal Mart because I've heard the same thing as you. I take a multivitamin tablet calcium (most people never have enough) Also, I suggest taking acidophulis (great for digestion). L Lysine is good for your immunity. Also a great vitamin B complex is great for overall health and energy. I gave you a list of those I do take it really depends on how you eat. You may already be getting enough nutrients. I found a baby rabbit (as you probably know the other question I posted) and I was feeding him 3 times a day. I was feeding her baby as recommended by wildlife rehabilitation, and probiotics that I used on my other rabbit. Probiotics are good bacteria that support the system immune and are essential to human life by enabling an organization capable of preventing and / or fight against disease. In my case, the baby is healthy I, I'm just using them to replace the probiotics (or at least restore a portion of) what would the rabbit's milk. I would like some expert help rabbit and tell me how I am and what I should consider doing for the rabbit (ie food, water, housing, etc. ..). Please be honest. This is a life I'm talking about! You'll really have accomplished something if you pull this off, my friend wildlife rehabber indicates that the survival rate rescued rabbits is really bad. Sounds authorized so far. My suggestion would be that others – I think I read that rabbits get bacteria they need in their gut by ingestion of certain cecotropes their mother.
