How do you find GOOD probiotics? Or a good doctor who knows?
Can someone tell me how you know you have found a good probiotic product? There are so many out there now. Beads, capsules, those who need refrigeration, or no refrigeration. I ask a doctor about it, but my GP does not know much because it is so new. What kind of doctor does not know how Sorce get a good probiotic? As for brands I tried, I tried and liked Cultural, but it was $ 20. I am now using the CVS brand of probiotics Pearl. They seem OK and are only $ 10. I spent everything I need if I could find one I felt assured of being useful. Thank you!
Yogurt with active cultures would be good.
