Multivitamins with minerals?
Can you suggest a website to order the best multivitamin on the market for women. I'm close thirty years. I took Nature Made for years, but my acupuncturist told me recently that it is crap, yet offered no alternative. I know I need D and calcium. I take probiotics every day and get enough Omega 3 in my diet. Not sure what you mean by "too bad this is happening." It's not as if I abandon the idea of taking a multi b / c someone told me that is shit. It is, in fact, why I'm here – to find what is not crap. 
Vitamins are too hyped. with a multi iron, and calcium citrate (not carbonate) with vitaminD (for absorption) is all you need. It is too bad this is happening, because supplements vitamins and minerals and are good for you. IEC weight loss of berries, and Colon Cleanse are two that are problematic at best.
