Is probiotics 50 billion to take over for my age?
I'm 37 and I was on numerous antibiotics in the year elapsed. I am sick with a cold, etc. A lot of things. One of my friends advised me to take probiotics every day for good bacteria back into my body. When I went to GNC last night, they told me I had to take 50 billion. Is it too much to take all day? I do not know much about this product, so any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Thank you very much.
