Probiotic Yoghurt
Is this meal plan for tomorrow is good for losing weight and abdominal?
I’m working out at the gym Monday through Friday for 45 minutes an hour and a breakfast bowl of cereal (oatmeal, groups with dried cranberries and blueberries) and a soy yogurt or probiotic yogurt lunch: banana, grape, apple, oatmeal bar, with dates and raisons, cornflakes cake (which is the bad part, but it takes me to eat my fruit) and some nuts and corn kernals. snack: smoothie dinner: vegetables and pasta or vegetables somesort of food with which to help your abs? It is also possible to lose weight? I also know that nuts are good for you, but how many should have, and getting fatter? this food too?
eating plenty of whole grains, and stay away from white foods (bread, rice, potatoes) they will make you bloated. almonds are good for you. about 30 per day. they have good fats in them that you need.
