I just started taking probiotics?
So I just started taking a probiotic for five days … in which I follow is called Align and contains the voltage bifantis … I started using align because I got a record of my sleep schedule more stress and I was going OT the bathroom too. But now I feel bloated and gas … and I’m just going to the bathroom in the morning at 9 am 2 times … is that normal for the start of a probiotic?
