Is it safe to take probiotics, 5-HTP and liquid chlorophyll in the same day? I take them at different times of the day
Hello I just started adding liquid chlorophyll to my daily supplement regimen and I was already Garden of Life Primal Defense Probiotic Ultra 5-HTP Natrol 100 mg. I am currently taking 3 capsules of Ultra Primal Defense (one capsule before each meal) and I take 1 capsule of 5-HTP during dinner. I recently begun to take 2 tablespoons of liquid chlorophyll and I usually take everything that I remember so when the time of the day for chlorophyll varies. I take probiotics for digestive problems, 5-HTP for anxiety and chlorophyll to help reduce the bad breath and body odor. So does anyone know if it is safe to take all 3 of these supplements all in one day?
Absolutely Sure, you get probiotics and chlorophyll from natural foods (greens, yogurt). 5htp and is from tryptophan, which is in Turkey.
